Option Care Health is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest ethical principles. Our Code of Business Conduct, written standards and policies contain guidelines for our team members in maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in our business affairs.

Option Care Health is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred. You are also able to raise concerns directly to Compliance, Legal, or Human Resources.

In situations where you are unsure about where to go with your concerns or feel uncomfortable escalating through your supervisor or other department, you are encouraged to use this hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, EthicsPoint. You are able to make a report via telephone or filling out an online form and are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our written standards and policies, non-compliance with laws and regulations, or unethical behavior.

The information you provide will be sent to us confidentially by EthicsPoint and you are able to report anonymously. All reports are fully investigated and appropriate responsive actions are taken to address concerns. It is also our policy to prohibit retaliation against anyone for raising a concern in good faith or for cooperating with an investigation.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
